Electro Therapy Point Stimulation

Massage is getting great reviews in the news

Here’s a quote from KDAF-TV, Dallas, Texas, Sept. 24, 2010:

“Massage Study: Hands Down Health Benefits
…Researchers at Cedars-Sinai Medical center in Los Angeles have decided that “weekly massage” might be a good idea.

Scientists gave 29 healthy adults a 45-minute deep tissue massage and tested their blood before and after the massage and found biological changes after just one session, including reduced levels of the stress hormone cortisol and an increase in white blood cells that boost the immune system.”

With the cold and flu season here we need that extra immune system help. It is also believed that cortisol level reduction will aid in weight loss which is on most of our minds after the holidays. And who couldn’t use a bit less STRESS. So it’s a great time of year for massage!
